2.2 “Customer,” “you,” and “your” refer to the individual purchasing from Dayle Joy Jewellery.
2.3 “Products” means handmade jewellery created by Dayle Joy Jewellery using ethically sourced, high-quality materials.
3. Orders
3.1 All jewellery is handmade to order and subject to availability of materials.
3.2 Orders are accepted once confirmed by payment.
3.3 We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if materials are unavailable, payment is not received, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Prices are listed in GBP (£) and include UK VAT where applicable.
4.2 Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.
4.3 Prices may change without notice, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Delivery
5.1 Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on order volume, location, and courier services.
5.2 Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been delivered to the provided address.
5.3 Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
5.4 Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to customs duties, import tariffs, and taxes. These are the responsibility of the customer. Dayle Joy Jewellery is not responsible for such charges.
6. Returns and Refunds
6.1 Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel and return most online purchases within 14 days of receipt.
6.2 To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in secure packaging.
6.3 Exemptions apply to custom or personalised items, which cannot be returned unless faulty.
6.4 Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving returned items, using the original payment method.
7. Product Quality and Warranties
7.1 All jewellery is handmade using ethically sourced, high-quality materials. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the products.
7.2 Products are supplied “as described.”
7.3 We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, neglect, or failure to follow care instructions.
8. Liability
8.1 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any matter that cannot be excluded under UK law.
8.2 Our liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.
8.3 We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
9. Customer Responsibilities
9.1 Customers must ensure products are used appropriately and in line with any care guidelines provided.
9.2 Customers are responsible for compliance with local import laws outside the UK.
10. Intellectual Property
10.1 All designs, photographs, text, and branding of Dayle Joy Jewellery are the intellectual property of Dayle Joy Jewellery.
10.2 Customers may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.
11. Privacy
