WITCH ADVENT CALENDAR
These Terms and Conditions apply to the sale of the Witchcraft Advent Calendar ("Product") by Dayle Joy ("we", "us", "our") to consumers ("you", "your"). By purchasing this Product, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Product Description
The Witchcraft Advent Calendar is a one-time purchase item sold directly through Daylejoy.co.uk. It contains handcrafted and curated spiritual/wellness items, some of which may include fire-related products (e.g. candles, incense).
2. Orders and Payment
Payment is required upfront. Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
3. Pre-Order and Processing Time
The Advent Calendar is a pre-order item.
Processing time is estimated at 3–5 weeks from the date of payment.
Shipping will commence as soon as orders are ready.
4. Shipping
We ship both within the UK and internationally.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect delivery information.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
6. Data Protection

Customer information is securely stored and retained for 28 days after the completion of your order, after which it will be deleted.

You are fully responsible for the safe and appropriate use of all items, including but not limited to:Fire safety when using candles or incense.
Keeping products out of reach of children or pets.
Using all items according to safety instructions or common sense
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
