The Crystal Advent Calendar is a one-time purchase item sold directly through Dayle Joy. It contains 24 variations of tumbled crystals.
2. Orders and Paymen
Payment is required upfront. Orders are not confirmed until full payment has been received.
3. Pre-Order and Processing Time
Processing time is estimated at 3–5 weeks from the date of payment.
Shipping will commence as soon as orders are ready.
4. Shipping
We ship both within the UK and internationally.
All shipping charges must be paid at the time of order.
You are responsible for providing accurate delivery details.
We are not liable for delays caused by postal services, customs, or incorrect delivery information.
5. Returns and Refunds
You have the right to request a refund within 14 days of receiving your item in accordance with the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Refunds will be processed once the returned items have been received and inspected.
